I, Robert Salvato, Owner and Founder of AC Auctions, a lifelong Atlantic City resident and Atlantic City High School graduate & ACCC Culanary grad, have over two decades of experience working cooperatively with Sheldon Grace of Grace Properties and most area realtors. Together, we have successfully marketed, sold, and auctioned both commercial and residential properties throughout Atlantic County, the Tri-State area, and beyond.
Most notably, we were entrusted with the auction of 101 Atlantic Avenue—adjacent to the Flagship—and the Omni Project, a 65,000 square foot beachfront development site in Atlantic City. This assignment was conducted under approval of the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court, The Honorable Michael B. Kaplan, reinforcing our credibility and capability in handling complex, high-profile transactions.

Your Property is not going up for Auction, Rather we are using the Auction Style Bid Fetch Process
* Your property is not listed for auction rather your property is Listed in the MLS the same as any regular listing contract.
* Once multiple offers come in, we use the “AUCTION STYLE” process to make buyers bid competitively. We invite the qualified buyers to an open house at the property followed by the auction bid process to achieve the highest price.
* We keep the two lower back up offers to provide security of a buyer who can not complete the closing process.
* Every other aspect of this process is 100% the same as a traditional sale
